E.L.F. Mineral Lipsticks

Left to Right: Natural Nymph, Runway Pink, Nicely Nude, Rosy Raisin, & Bare Brown

Left to Right: Cool Coral, Fiery Fuchsia, Rich Raspberry, Cheerful Cherry, & Royal Red.

These mineral lipsticks are yet the best lipsticks that I owned.  These lipsticks are $5 each, but I bought these during the 50% off sale so the final price of it was $2.50.  A good deal right?  These lipsticks are moisturizing and smooth, although somehow the Natural Nymph lipstick is not as moisturizing and smooth.  It is kind of dry somehow.  It makes my lip look dry and cracked so I totally do not recommend this color.  Most of these shades are similar to eachother, but out of these ten lipsticks, my favorites are Rosy Raisin, Runway Pink, and Cheerful Cherry.  I totally recommend these three colors.

I'm wearing E.L.F. Mineral lipstick in Rosy Raisin.

My sister Stacy in E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick in Cheerful Cherry.

I am wearing E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink.

Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush

Dream Mousse Blush in Rose Petal
This is the first mousse blush that I owned and I didn't like it as much.  The texture is fun, but the quality of it is not as flattering.  I wouldn't buy this again for the price of $5. It is not worth the money.  The color seem pigmented as I swatches it, but when you actually apply it on to your cheeks, the color seem to be sheer and you lose the pigment of the blush.  I wouldn't recommend this product since it is pricey for a small blush and foremost, the quality of it is just bad.
*Note: I have a whole bunch of mousse eyeshadow and the quality of it is exactly like this blush.  When swatches, there is pigment, but when it is apply on and blend, the color is gone.  All you see is the shimmers. It is a good thing that I bought these eyeshadow from A Dollar Tree for $1 so it wasn't as bad.  Other than that, I don't recommend any of these Dream Mousse Products.

Maybelline Smooth Mousse Foundation

I am wearing shade 240 Natural Beige.

I have been using this cream foundation for about 2 months and I am loving this product so far.  You can find this cream foundation any where at drug stores, but I recommend Wal Mart.  You can save about a dollar if you buy it from Wal Mart.  I think I bought this at Wal Mart for $6.94.  Other places sold this product for about $8 bucks. If you are looking for a beauty product under a budget then this beauty is a must. I highly recommend this.  This product is super creamy and easy to blend.  You do not need that much since it is so creamy and thick.  A little goes a long way.  I recommend using a flat brush instead of the application that is provided. I learned that the product last longer when a brush is used instead of the sponge application.  I used to owned a MAC Studio Tech and the product didn't last me over a month because I was using a sponge application to apply my cream foundation on.  In addition, using a brush is more precise.  The MAC Studio Tech and Maybelline Smooth Mousse is similar, but the Studio Tech has more of a dry, matte finish unlike the Smooth Mousse.  The Smooth Mousse has more of a dewy finish.  I usually set my face with a sheer powder to mattify my face.  These two products work great, but if you want to save money then the Smooth Mousse is the product for you.

Shoes from Ami Clubwear

Newest shoes I own.  I wasn't thinking that I was gonna buy them, but since they are affordable I decided to purchased them.  All of these shoes are 5in. high!  When I first tried on the black pumps, I almost sprain my left ankle.  Whew!  No wonder he said 'heels are not good for your feet!'

'Tis the Season of Maxi...

Spring is here and so are the maxi dresses.  The long maxi dresses are totally in this Spring and it is looking better than ever!  As you can see, there are different variety of gorgeous designs to choose from.  Wear them strapless, halter, one-shoulder, bold, bright, neutral, floral or however your taste desires.  Choose a maxi dress that you like and will compliment your body type.  Instead of showing legs this year, wear them long!  It gives you a sleek look and yet, very feminine.  You can never go wrong with this look.  Pair it with a cute pair of wedge, heel, flat or sandal.  Add accessories for a complete fresh, spring look.  Be creative of how you want to wear it.
